About Me.
At Sandra Wright Counselling my goal is to help women who are tired of holding everything together. You may be the one that everyone depends on and you’re holding everything together but inside you feel like you’re at breaking point. If you do sleep you wake up exhausted; your mind doesn’t switch off. Therapy with me is collaborative and rationale. We will move at your pace.
How I can help you
I support women who may appear to be coping on the outside, but inside feel exhausted, stretched, stressed, anxious, low, isolated, scared, angry or overwhelmed.
This is not a complete list, and life can definitely keep throwing different challenges at us!
Major life events as well as the everyday pressures of life can leave us struggling to cope.
Often this struggle shows up physically:
Heart pounding
Tight chest
Racing or overthinking thoughts
Headaches
Fatigue
Pain or gut issues
A sense of always being “on edge”
