Women's Counselling in Bushey

I offer warm, confidential counselling for women in Bushey and online across the UK.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, exhausted or stuck in patterns of people pleasing and putting everyone else first, counselling can give you space to slow down and understand what's really going on.

I'm Sandra, a qualified counsellor and BACP member with over 10 years' experience supporting women through anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, menopause and life transitions.

Face-to-face sessions are available in my private garden room in Bushey, Hertfordshire, or online from anywhere in the UK.
