About Me.

I am a person centred counsellor and I support women who are exhausted, burnt out, and tired of holding everything together.

​If this is you ..You may be the one that everyone depends on, but inside you feel like you’re at breaking point, and  if you sleep you wake up exhausted, and your mind doesn’t switch off​​. Therapy with me is collaborative and rationale. We will move at your pace. 

How I can help you

Every client is different, and every session is unique. I adapt to you and what you need in the moment. I am passionate about counselling and genuinely love what I do.

As a therapist, I am human. I bring lived experience, warmth and engagement to our work. I don’t simply sit back and listen I am present with you.

​

If we work together my approach will be to always work at your pace, and I want you to feel supported, and truly seen and heard.

How to put in healthier boundaries

Strengthen your self care

Support and regulate your nervous system

Build your confidence, self esteem and stop the negative self talk

 

​​Major life events as well as the everyday pressures of life can leave us struggling to cope.

Racing or overthinking thoughts
