Why come to counselling ?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you’re not alone.
Many women reach a point where the pressure becomes too heavy emotionally, mentally, or physically, and getting through the day gets really difficult.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and grounded therapeutic space where you can speak openly about whatever is on your mind, at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you. Together, we will gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, making sense of what lies beneath the surface with curiosity, care, and without judgment.
Many women come to me feeling like this, and you may feel like this too
Exhaustion that doesn’t go away
A sense of being “on edge” or unable to switch off
Difficulty making decisions
Feeling responsible for everyone else
Physical symptoms like headaches, tension, or disrupted sleep
A loss of confidence or identity
Feeling invisible, unheard, or misunderstood
If any of this resonates, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, feel lighter, more grounded, boundaried, and confident.
My aim is to help you deepen your self-understanding, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
